Tiffany, our Master Trainer, brings nearly 20 years of experience in strength training, conditioning, and functional fitness. Her expertise and coaching philosophy guide everything we do—from programming and classes to how we support members on the floor. At Forge CHS, training is intentional, safe, and designed to help people make real progress.
As a locally owned and operated Charleston gym, we believe the best results come from personal connection, high-quality coaching, and a space that feels welcoming—not intimidating. We’ve created a clean, organized, never-crowded environment where members of all experience levels can feel confident, supported, and motivated.

Meet the Team
Lauren Michi | Certified Personal Trainer | NASM
Lauren Michi is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with 13 years of experience working with clients of all ages and life stages. She specializes in full body strength training, mobility, and balance — building programs that deliver real, lasting results for wherever you are in your fitness journey.
Lauren holds advanced certifications as a NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist and NASM Women's Fitness Specialist, and is also certified in TRX Training. Her approach is grounded in a simple philosophy: patience and persistence equal progress.
When she's not coaching, Lauren is kept busy by her two energetic boys — and loves how much more fun they've made her life.
Brian Sanca | Certified Personal Trainer & Youth Performance Coach
Brian Sanca is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and ISSA Nutrition Coach with a specialty in youth athletic performance and long-term strength development. He works with athletes and everyday lifters alike, blending smart strength training, corrective exercise, and practical nutrition habits to help clients move better, perform better, and stay consistent for the long haul.
Brian's coaching philosophy centers on training that supports both performance and joint health — because real results should feel as good as they look.
Alison Schryver, DPT | Doctor of Physical Therapy
Alison Schryver is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with over 15 years of experience in the Charleston area — and the newest member of the Forge CHS team. Her background spans orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, pediatric, and geriatric rehabilitation, and she's brought all of it outside the clinical setting to deliver purposeful, client-centered care that prepares people for life, sport, and training — not simply meeting a discharge goal.
Alison's approach integrates physical therapy with intentional training and coaching techniques to support long-term health and athletic performance at every age. She is especially passionate about working with developing youth athletes and women from postpartum through postmenopausal years, with a focus on injury prevention, movement efficiency, and healthy development.
