At Forge CHS, our Youth Athlete Training Program is built to help young athletes develop a strong foundation for long-term success in sports and life. Youth Athlete Training at Forge CHS is led by Brian Sanca, an experienced performance coach with a deep passion for training athletes. Growing up in competitive sports shaped Brian’s approach to training—one that values discipline, mental toughness, and individualized development.
Brian specializes in functional strength training and believes that no two athletes are the same. Rather than using cookie-cutter programs, he focuses on the individual—tailoring training to each athlete’s strengths, needs, and goals. His coaching style emphasizes proper technique, safe progression, and building confidence alongside physical performance.
Brian’s commitment to athletes goes beyond workouts. He is deeply invested in helping young athletes develop both physically and mentally, creating an environment that is challenging, supportive, and motivating.
